Completely...With That Mindset (すっかり・・・・その気で Sukkari.... Sono Ki de) is the 93rd chapter of the Prison School manga, serialised in Weekly Young Magazine on April 27th, 2013 and published in tankobon format in Volume 10 on October 4th, 2013.
In the cell dorm of the Prison Block, Mari amazes both Hana and Meiko by sewing their uniforms back together for them. In the main building of the school, Kiyoshi is telling Chiyo that both Gakuto and Andre became prison guards This news shocks Chiyo, before Kiyoshi assured her that they're only aiding the Aboveground Student Council and have no interest in vengeance. Their conversation is interrupted by a newly-arrived Gakuto and Andre who are wearing prison guard uniforms. To Kiyoshi and Chiyo's collective suprise, they silently salute them and stride off to the prison compound. In the wasteland within the school grounds, the USC prisoners are gathered by the two boys and Risa after school hours to plant a flowerbed for their new manual labour assignment. In spite of Hana's rebellion at first, Andre's manages to discipline the USC prisoners with a sudden shift in personality. The subject of Andre's worst treatment is Meiko, who he immediately coerces into supporting his massive weight in a neck bridge after she spills dirt on his shoes by accident. Though Gakuto is also shocked by this, he just goes along with Andre's cruelty in humiliating her. In the bathing area of the prison compound, Andre drenched Meiko in water with a hose that Gakuto attaches to the water supply. The systematic mockery Andre made of the bear applique Mari stitched to her butt angers Meiko when he threatened to rip it off, despite Mari's pleas.
