Women on Top (ウーマン・オン・トップ Ūman On Toppu) is the 138th chapter of the Prison School manga, serialized in Weekly Young Magazine on May 26th, 2014 and published in tankobon format in Volume 14 on August 6th, 2014.
Summary[]
Chiyo is convinces that her sister is promiscuous after seeing her call history. She remembers her infancy with her sister where they climb a tree to see the beautiful sunset and Mari told her that "there will be something to learn from doing it for the first time". The next day, the boys thinks that if they take the remnant of the Rocket to their seaside school in summer, it would be a total hit. In the prison, when the prisoners came out of their cell to go to the multipurpose room, they saw Chiyo dressing scantily, not wearing any bra and using felt-tip markers as makeup. At the lesson, Chiyo is strangely close of Kiyoshi and then decides to play the what-color-are-my-panties game and states that the winner gets to see her panties. His answer it that is "white" but Chiyo says it incorrect : She states that the answer is she not wearing any and then fled the room to the other incomprehension. At the P.E Storage, Risa left Kiyoshi and Chiyo alone as she takes Mari outside. She climbs a pile and then tell Kiyoshi to climb up if he want her to go down, a scene similar with the flashback. Chiyo then tells Kiyoshi she will let him feels her breasts instead of those of her sister.
